Mario, I remember struggling with a similar problem in the past. In case it helps, there are two parts involved in getting a voice into that insert-control-s voice profile list. There's the voices dialog under JAWS Options and the synthesizer and braille Manager under JAWS Utilities. I haven't tried to replicate the process tonight, but my recollection is that you need to go through both dialogs in order to have JAWS recognize the voice and the desired profile in the JAWS profiles list.
