But, wouldn't I have to do this for each document individually?

I was hoping to find a global setting somewhere.

Hi, I think if you find one of these Vertical Tabs, Copy it to Clip Board,
Go to the Jaws window, Go under Utilities and then under dictionaries and
press the space bar on Add and then paste it in with Control V, then press
Tab, to the Replace With, and just either leave it empty or press the space
bar there.
Don't forget to save this addition with Control S.
