Freedom Scientific did a few webinars a year or so ago when Windows 8.1 came
out. Dan Kelly does a great job taking you through some of the apps and
tells you how to use the touch cursor in these apps. The news app is one he
goes over for sure. Just get on their web site:
www.freedomscientific.com
and go to the training page and download those free webinars. They are
really good, and they go over everything you are asking about. The apps in
Windows 8.1 were very much the same as in win10, so get the webinars on
Windows 8.1 and using tablets, and Dan goes all through how to use these

You would use arrow keys (usually left and right arrows on the numpad) to
navigate between controls.

numpad plus To switch back to the PC cursor press the numpad plus twice

right and left arrows to go to the different articles, and I have it
set to regions to go by when I press the down and up arrow keys. Take

Is the news app accessible? I am learning to use w10. So far so good.
I setup it as w7 and I am able to access email by using WLM. Using
IE. I like it so far.
