Tom, I don't think it matters. Some versions after 12, FS changed the meaning of "home" and "pro" so that "pro" refers only to office and (I assume) school settings. Also, if you're jumping from 12 to 17, FS is going to penalize you in some way for not having purchased SMAs. I suggest you call FS for clarification on these points and pricing.
