Hi, The instructions can be found at the following Win10 group thread: https://win10.groups.io/g/win10/thread/frequently_asked_questions/191975?p=, ,,20,0,0,0::Relevance,,upgrading,20,2,0,191975 \In a nutshell, you should do: 1. Uninstall JAWS earlier than latest 16.0 build (try using JAWS 17 or later) using a free utility provided by VFO (formerly Freedom Scientific). 2. Download Windows 10/Media Creation Tool. 3. If using Media Creation Tool, tell Windows what you'd like to keep (I recommend keep everything if you are using Windows 8.1). 4. Your computer will restart a couple times. 5. After an hour or two, press Windows+U, then start Narrator to complete setup (I recommend choosing custom settings so you can turn off certain options). 6. Once Windows 10 installation is complete, try running JAWS. If it's misbehaving, try repairing it, and if not, uninstall JAWS completely, then reinstall it. You may need to activate JAWS once more due to possible ID change. 7. Late July: You'll get a prompt from Windows Update saying that a new build of Windows 10 is available. You should install this update if you are using Windows 10 Home, otherwise you can defer it until VFO says JAWS is ready for this upgrade (termed Anniversary Update or Version 1607). More info on Anniversary Update (Version 1607/Redstone 1/build 14000 series) can be found at: * Version 1607 confirmed: https://win10.groups.io/g/win10/thread/winbeta_windows_10_version/1853713?p= ,,,20,0,0,0::Relevance,,anniversary+update,20,2,0,1853713 * June 8th report: https://win10.groups.io/g/win10/thread/anniversary_update_updates/1997384?p= ,,,20,0,0,0::Relevance,,anniversary+update,20,2,0,1997384 * Update as of June 25th: https://win10.groups.io/g/win10/thread/windows_10_anniversary_update/2080842 ?p=,,,20,0,0,0::RecentPostDate%2FSticky,,,20,2,0,2080842 Cheers, Joseph
