3Wayne,

I noticed you didn't get a reply to your first post of this message. A quick
review didn't give me a direct answer, but I wonder if selecting plain text
format might achieve the result you want. It would mean losing HTML formatting,
but I assume at least you wouldn't encounter tables.

In my case, when I receive email in table form, which (like you) I can't read
with JAWS, I select all with control-a, copy with control-c and paste into
Notepad with control-x. This typically eliminates the tables while keeping the
text intact.

Otherwise, I can't replicate your experience because I'm using Outlook 2010,
and the file menu doesn't seem to show the options you describe.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Emails in a table format

Hello-

I am using a Windows 7 Pro machine with Jaws 15 and Outlook 2007. Some email
messages open in a table format that I cannot read and others are in a straight
text format that I can read. Under the File menu there is a selection for page
setup where I can choose either table or memo style.
When I close a message that is a table and go into the File menu and select the
memo style and hit ok then I close Outlook and re-open it and the same email
will open in the memo style. I want to change the emails to a permanent memo
style. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Wayne
