You should be able to locate the .ost or pst file in your profile directory and be able to back that up and transfer it. Not quite sure how it works with multiple accounts or if it creates an ost or pst for each account. What operating system are you using? I Will try to locate the exact folder to back up Iif you like but you can test it anyway, take a copy of the files and take them to a different machine, copy them across and then see if you can open them successfully.
