I’m running windows 10 latest 15 11 build and jaws 17 latest I have a removable cd/dvd read write drive and when I try to burn with windows explorer or try to format a rewritable disc I get no media in drive I checked in device manager it’s a HL-DT-ST RW/DVD GCC 4243N USB Device I pressed the application key and selected update driver software a number of times so it’s not the drivers. I got this drive after upgrading from windows 7 to 10 my tower computer doesn’t have a build in writer /reader that’s why I got the external. anyone know what could be wrong? Email is golden!!!
