Oh ok so I will try the 64 bit because I think that's what I have. I would try the windows key pause but I don't know which key is the pause. I am ok though because you said the wrong version won't install so we're good to go.

But, if you download & try to install the wrong version, Jaws / your system won't let you do it. For example, I just tried to install a 32 bit version of Jaws on my 64 bit system, & this is the message I received: JAWS Setup Package You cannot install this product on this platform. Then switch to the JAWS cursor and arrow down. On my computer, I'm told I have a 64-bit system.
