Two things: 1... If you are ever in a position to choose the platform, one of our fellow list members said that WebEx is much more accessible. 2... Please notify Citrix customer service dept. if only a tiny fraction of disappointed JAWS users alert companies to access issues, there is no business reason for them to upgrade their products.

I've been attending online courses through Go To Meeting and the experience is still the same. You can start a meeting using the link that the presenter sends out but once the meeting starts, that is it. You can hear the meeting but you cannot participate. I always needed someone sighted to unmute my mic through the interface but once that was done, I had a physical mute button on my headset. I'm guessing that perhaps the Go To Meeting app on iOS might be better. Sorry! Hi, I haven't tried their "Go to Meeting" and "Go to Webinar" products in the past six months or so. At that time they were significantly limited in JAWS access. You could log in to and hear the session, but could not participate in submitting questions/comments via the "chat box" or participate in "polling". I've notified them an several occasions over the years. Anyone have more recent experience? It would be great if they have changed for the better.
