Thanks mike sounds easy enough but I find that jaws isn't reading all the
fields, but because I've done it many years ago, I put my mind to work and
did some guess work and I was able to get it done.  It's a little sad that
jaws wasn't reading everything properly but oh well that's technology for
you.  I'm sure freedom scientific will take care of this problem eventually.

Creating a signature in Outlook.

Press alt T for tools.

Press O for options.

Control tab to the mail format page.

Tab until you find the signature picker button and hit enter.

Tab to the new button and hit enter.

You can give the signature a name and then tab and the default is a start 
from a blank signature radio button.

Tab to next and hit enter.

Type in what you want your signature to be.

Tab to finish and hit enter.

Tab to okay and hit enter.

This will automatically put your signature in your messages.  If you don't 
want it there, when you are on the mail format page, you can tab to a combo
box right before the signature picker button and set it back to none or pick

a different signature to be your default.

Tab to okay and hit enter.
