Thanks mike sounds easy enough but I find that jaws isn't reading all the fields, but because I've done it many years ago, I put my mind to work and did some guess work and I was able to get it done. It's a little sad that jaws wasn't reading everything properly but oh well that's technology for you. I'm sure freedom scientific will take care of this problem eventually. Thanks again so much.
