The easiest way may be to create a playlist for your iPhone on the PC using iTunes. Then after connecting your phone, you can select your phone, then music and select the playlist you created. After this, you will only need to make additions or deletions to the playlist in iTunes on the PC. Then every time you sync your phone, the changes will be made for you automatically.
