Well, they at least support vocalizer and they first need to add all the voices they did not add yet wich are already available elsewhere. Also you can get SAPI5 vocalizer if needed. As far as true voice and others, well maybe ms should also change their SAPI 5.5 and make it to acomadate older voices?
