Agreed, but sometimes I've found ways of contacting people and organizations on 
Facebook pages that don't subject me to friendship hell.

They're clearly intent on avoiding spam. I also looked at their page where you 
can subscribe to email, but here you must cope with CAPTCHA. It may be that you 
can handle their version of CAPTCHA; there's only one way to find out! 
Otherwise, they list Facebook and other pages. Maybe you can contact them that 
way.

I need to contact dvd avi tools which is a software developer that makes many 
dvd authoring tools .
the problem is on their contact page I think they put their email address as a 
picture.  how can I view that picture as text .  using jaws 17 latest!
