Tom, I'm using Word 2010 and Jaws 17. Here is how I do it. 1. Place your PC cursor on the first line at the beginning. 2. Hold down the shift key and press the Page Down button. 3. Remember. Pages in Word are usually divided into two sections. For a two page copy, you'll need to press Page down three times. 4. You have now highlighted the text. Press CONTROL+C to copy it to your clipboard. 5. Open a new Word document by pressing CONTROL+N. 6. Press CONTROL+V to paste the copied text into the new document. 7. Once this is done, I always check the work to make sure that I have copied all of the information I need. You might need to add or trim something at the top or bottom of the document.
