Hello, I was attempting to connect to a tandem session today as the computer being accessed. In my tandem settings it says that both of the tandem options are unavailable. I have Jaws 17 and it was downloaded from Freedom Scientific and activated with a cereal number. I understand that portable versions may not work with tandem, but that is not my situation.
