I have used the Control shift H and control, shift 8 to try and toggle it on and off, but I believe that a box was checked in the ribbon so that the hot key will not work. Does anyone know the step by step directions to uncheck this box? I am using Windows 10, Word 2013 and Jaws 17, any answers would be greatly appreciated.
