Norma, to create a rule, while in the "in box" and on a message, I press the application key and down arrow to rules. This puts me in the dialogue box with a number of controls that deal with various parameters to make the rule which I get to by tabbing through the dialogue box. Hope this works for you. Hi, thanks for this, but it doesn't allow me to create a new folder to direct messages to. Unless I am missing something, which is certainly possible. Guess if I can't get the list boxes to read I'll contact Jaws tech support. When in the message rules wizard, Jaws is not reading the list of items in the list boxes. I'm using the wizard that comes up when I go to File then Info then I hit the "Manage Rules and Alerts" button. I have created rules previously but I thought there was a simpler wizard than the one I'm trying to use now. Sort of a quick and dirty method that, as I recall, was more useable with Jaws. Anyway, I would appreciate some assistance with this process, and thanks in advance.
