Hi, I am thinking maybe your browser is set to delete all history etc when
browser is closed. So when you return to the google site, it retains none of
your settings.
Just a thought anyway.

yes, i have done it exactly. it works only for that session and once i
reopen the browser and go to google.com website, again this instant
feature appears.
jaws even reads never show instant results checked.
any further solution would be welcomed.

when i visited this URL and clicked on search settings under settings
menu, there i could already see that the required option never show
instant was selected. but when i open the browser and typed the
address
www.google.com
the instant results are again displayed.
so would like to know the permanent solution as these settings are
discarded once i reopen the browser.

This is the query related to the google search. After visiting the
website
www.google.com
I tried inputting the keyword in search edit box and noticed that
while typing the keywords, some suggestions are appearing below my
edit box which suppose to be the geature of google instant. So I
clicked on the settings menu and after expanding this menu, Iclicked
on the search settings and under the search settings, I selected
thethird radio button i.e. never show the google instant and saved the
changes. Still this google instant is not disappearing from my google
search page. So does anyone knows the permanent solution to get rid
out for this solution?
