I admit, it is nice to be appreciated. FYI, that came from a short list that I am hoping will grow of command line arguments.

The thing is some work on this version and some work on that version of Windows, so for obvious reasons it is a slow process to build it.

netplwiz

and press enter. From there follow the prompts.
