If you want to burn data CDs, i.e. MP3, .txt, etc, as opposed to regular audio CDs or .cda, the simplest program in my opinion, is Singe. Don't know if it is in the Jaws-users.com page, but it is a free simple program, created long ago by a blind person, that I have used for years and works in Win10.
