Here are a couple of examples, it's a little early in the morning for such things for me at least.

David, I too have gold wave, a great program. Here is the sample html code
that I located.
<video width="320" height="240" controls>
 <source src="movie.mp4" type="video/mp4">
 <source src="movie.ogg" type="video/ogg">
Your browser does not support the video tag.
</video>
Acording to the html code there is a video ogg format.

I could do it for you with gold wave. It won't do video but then again OGG
is strictly audio so far as I am aware.

Glad you found the code you need. I knew how to do that in the past but it
has been quite some time so I would have had to lookup the code myself.

Is there a jaws friendly conversion program that can make a ogg file from
mp4, mpg or avi ?The file converter that I have has a long list of file
types but not ogg. I located the thml code that I would need.
