Hi. The simplest way is to adjust uppercase pitch. Go to "voice Adjustment" in the JAWS Options dialog. You'll need to tab seven or eight times through the dialog before reaching the control. I find FS's default too slight to detect, so I've raised mine to 50%. Then again, my synthesizer may be different from yours. Once you've found a good setting, you'll need to navigate character by character to hear the pitch change in your passwords, documents, etc.
