Greg,
I thought the pro was for the life of the computer? Mines has not run good
in a while,
I downloaded the free version and ran a scan and was able to view the report
and find
tried to re-activate my pro version with my ID number and key number and I
have the same issues as you, I cannot get the save the report either to
view,
Since, this is an old malwarebytes, I guess I will renew,
Does anyone know how long is the pro version is good for? Or is it a yearly
or good for life of the pc,
I think malwarebytes maybe change their policy, so now you have to buy a new
pro version yearly,
You should be able to maneuver with the tab key only,
Thanks In advance
Jorge advance
Jorge

The answer is absolutely not! That's why I didn't renew my yearly
subscription.
It seems that several popular anti-virus programs use this same program
configuration for some reason. They're completely inaccessible to JAWS beta
3. All I can do is [Tab] around and have the buttons landed on read to me.
Nothing else though.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Malwarebytes and Jaws
Iam using Jaws latest 17 on a Windows 10 computer. I installed the free
Malwarebytes version 2.2.1.1043. I can navigate the options on the menu to
start a scan and can use control+tab to go to the other headings such as
update and history. However I cannot read any of the results using Jaws,
even when I route Jaws to the pc cursor. Does anyone have a way to read the
results? Also is the paid version of Malwarebytes more accessible?
