[JAWS-Users] Desktop

One more time,hope someone answer question. When in the desktop in w10, I go up 
or down with arrow, I hear itom and side and so. I made the mistake of doing 
control shift 6 or 7. How do I undo this. I just want to hear the name of the 
app. Help.
