On your second question, are you using the beginner verbosity setting?Change it to advance and Go to the jaws option menu and you can adjust on how jaws speaks, so you don't hear junk dialogs all the time, Jorge -----Original Message----- From: JAWS-Users-List [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Alana Sent: Friday, October 28, 2016 8:10 AM To: [email protected] Subject: [JAWS-Users] Can't delete folders in Outlook 2010 Hi, Recently my internet service provider changed email server settings. For anyone in Australia, I am with Telstra, which used to have Bigpond. They closed the Bigpond brand. Anyway, I changed the server settings and removed my old account. I can't delete the old folders. I try to select it, then press the delete key. Nothing happens and that old inbox comes up but no duplicate mail. I am running windows 7. Also, when I select multiple messages, JAWS says, "To select the item, press the arrow keys." How do I stop JAWS saying this every time I press shift with an arrow key? I have installed JAWS 18 today, but haven't had the time to explore much today. Will get into it over the weekend though. Thanks.
