Hi, Well I updated Jaws the other day and all went well and Outlook was running fine. However, I now have changed something in Jaws or outlook and Jaws wont read the list of folders under my mailbox.
I can certainly move to them using the Control Y command, but if I say shift tab back to the tree list of folders, Jaws doesn't read them but they are visually showing up and when I review the view options, the folder list has been ticked.
