Will these same keystrokes work in Word 2013 and JAWS 17? Thanks.

alt, then arrow to page layout. then down arrow once.
Then arrow right to page setup.
Then arrow down to page setup button menu.
then Ctrl+Tab to the Layout page.
Then tab to the vertical alignment selection.
select center.
