I went back into my control panel, but could not find a folder named "Program Files". I also typed in program files in the search box in Windows 10, no success. And do not worry about the name confusion. It is Monday; but you are allowed only 1 "ooops" on Mondays.

Jim, I'm using Windows 7, but the same explanation may apply to Windows 10. On your root C drive, you should find two "Program files" folders. The second should be labeled "program files (x86)." That's where I find WMP on my system.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Lost Media Player

Morning to all.

I cannot find Windows Media Player in my programs folder of Control Panel. However, using Windos 10, I can press the windows key, type in media player, press enter, and it comes up. Can anyone explain this curiosity? I am having some issues with it and am trying to find a repair tool for it. Many thanks.
