Recently, I have been having problems with selecting, copying, and pasting e-mail message content in Outlook 2016. In many instances, the text I select does not correspond to what I later copy and paste either into a word or notepad document. I have tried routing the PC cursor to the Jaws cursor, but this does not solve the issue. The only way I can get the copied and pasted text to correspond to the selected text is to select the text character by character, and then go through the usual copy and paste process. I believe this is a Jaws issue. I'm using Windows 7 and Jaws 17 with Outlook 2016 here. Any assistance would be appreciated.
