Hi

While you're in outlook 2010, press alt+v to open Quick Settings. Tab once
to get to the list of settings and then arrow down once to get to Reading
Options submenu and press right arrow to open it. Arrow down to
Information Bar Announcements and make sure it is not checked. If it is
checked, press space to uncheck it. Then tab to the OK button and press
enter to close Quick Settings.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] extra line breaks

Hey Gang,

I just updated to jaws 18 on a windows 10, and I have MS 2010.

Every time I open up an email in outlook jaws says

Extra line breaks in this message has been removed.

How can I stop it from saying that?

Thanks for any help you can give me.

Patti
