My bad for not being thorough in looking through that dialogue. I found the
change folder button right where you said it was.

I'm sure it was a mistype on your part, but it's Alt F to get to the file
menu. No big deal, I knew what you meant and thanks for your quick reply.

Try this.

Control, F opens the file menu.  A for save as.  You are probably here.  
You will here read only and then cancel.  Shift tag once to "Use a different
folder"..Hit

Jim Pursleyenter and you will find your familiar save as layout.
