First let's find out exactly what JAWS is saying by using the speech
history feature. To get there:
1. press the JAWS key (usually Insert) + the space bar, you should hear
a high pitched noise confirming you are in layered mode.
2. Press H
You will now be in a browseable log of every thing JAWS says. I think
this log is cleared on each start up but don't quote me on that. Now use
the up arrow key to find the message you heard. Once there, you can then
use the left and right arrow keys to browse what was said letter by
letter. You can also hold down control while using the left and right
arrows to browse word by word. Once you know exactly what was said, you
can report that to us. You might also want to google the name of the
DLL, including the .DLL extension to find out what the DLL is.

to whatever this is it says empty document. Does anyone know what this is
