Mr Ed, I followed your instructions and it took several times but I now have the control, alt plus "j" keystroke working. I have no idea why it took so many tries but it is now just fine. Then you tab to short cut and press the letter J. Then do the insert + tab key to hear that the shortcut key is ctrl + alt+ J. Then tab to ok. Then I am not sure on this but you might have to reboot your pc for this change to take place. I guess you can try it first then if it does not work reboot your pc.
