You sure can convert email messages to text files using Outlook Express
by doing the following.
1. With the email highlighted press, Alt + F, for the file menu.
2. Arrow down to, Save As, & press Enter or, just press the letter, A, to
open the Save As option.
3. Tab to, Save As Type, & arrow down to Text Files (*.txt).
4. Tab to, Save, press enter or, Press, Alt + S, to save. But, you might
need to browse to the folder you want the message saved in. By default
it'll be saved to the My Documents folder, or it'll go into the last folder
a file has been saved to during the current session.

Take care.

This probably isn't helpful, but one reason I chose Outlook is that you can
convert emails to text files with one of the choices you find with the
applications key. (It doesn't work in Outlook Express, one reason I gave up
on it.) I don't use WLM, so I can't say if the option is available there.

You could copy and paste the email message you want to save into Notepad,
and then save it as a .txt file in My Documents.

Good Morning Folks.
Can anyone tell me if there is a way to save emails from WLM to my
documents? Thanks.
