I don't use outlook, but I believe this will work. While in Outlook,
press insert + V to bring up the quick settings, then in the search box
type in "edge", then press tab to get to the results list. There will be
an option called "Top and bottom edge alert with sound", press space to
toggle it off, then tab to the apply button, press space to apply the
setting, then tab to the OK button and press space to exit. You should
no longer hear the ding at the top and bottom of lists.

Hi,
I like to have my music playing out of my external speakers while using the
computer and I have my jaws come through the headset. The one thing that
annoys me since my music is loud, every sound that occurs will happen
through the speakers. Outlook, when I'm reading emails will ding when I hit
the top of the email, or the bottom when I try to navigate further but
can't.
Is there a setting to iliminate the ding? I'm using latest jaws 17 on a
windows 10 pro machine.
Respectfully,
Kimsan Song
