Hi Adam, I am unable to replicate what you are saying. I am using Excel 2016, Windows 10, and JAWS 18. I use Excel every day in my business so I have trained myself to use only keystrokes in Excel and the QAT selections. When I set up QAT selections I have to navigate the ribbons to do that but have not experienced what you are experiencing. If you are going to be using Excel on a regular basis, I highly recommend you acquire the skill of using keystrokes in Excel. Many vendors have tutorials to teach you keystrokes and Freedom Scientific offers excellent tutorials for keystrokes in Excel as well as Word & Outlook. George
