Hi,
Perhaps you could have closed the browser by bringing up the windows task
manager with control shift escape keys...
From there find the processes tab by pressing control tab. When you find the
processes tab once and you will hear all the programs that are running. To
close the one you want, just press alt E.
I use a little program call peview for that...

Hello to all,
Yesterday I went to the website of my former employer. They had a link to
an English/Spanish "arts cooperative for Spanish women." After the site
loaded I got audio instructions to press alt and enter to expand the site.
I was not comfortable with those unusual directions and attempted to close
the page. Nothing worked; if i used alt-F4 it repeated the command to
expand the site. I used the menus but they would not work. I tried the
context menu but all I got was the, expand the website command. Finally I
held down the power button until the computer shut down. It was a bit
scary.
Any thoughts?
