Good afternoon; Well, just so you know, you've done nothing to cause the issue, This is a known bug with jaws and outlook 2016, If you want to go to the folder list, either use, ctrl+y=go to folder, Or, use shift+f6key or, you can simply press the f6key, and cycle around.
