Move to any cell in the row you want to delete.
Press your Applications Key.
Navigate to Delete and press enter OR Right Arrow.
Navigate down to Row and press Enter.
NOTE: If you want to delete a column, do the same except select column
instead of row.

Yes and no. Insert + F1 will bring up a page with some metrics about
the currently active spreadsheet and that page has a link to a page
with commonly used spreadsheet hot keys, but you can get there faster
with insert + W.
