Hello; Give these steps a try;
1, press, Ctrl+shift+l=create new distribution list, Type in a name which you wish to give to the group. 2, now press, Alt+h+m Yu will hear, >From Outlook Contacts press enter. Now tab once you will be into the list of contacts. You can arrow to a contact, Now tab press enter on, Members button. Now, you can tab to the ok button, You have successfully created a distribution list, and added a contact.
