Matthew, I spoke too soon, I was working in my Word 2016 this morning Writing a article to post on Facebook. After getting done with, Posting and out of Facebook, went to close Word and not save the word 2 page document, Jaws locked up big time. I had to shut down and restart, came back fine and trial and error, I did another word document and using F7 for spelling again and closed out, Jaws was fine. Not sure what and why that happen. Like you using the latest of Jaws 18 and Windows Ten.

Hello; Not sure if this will help, But it may be worth giving it a try. In case you need to troubleshoot Outlook, it is a good idea to load Outlook without loading any 3rd party Outlook add-ins. This article explains just how to do it. Among other culprits, Outlook add-ins are the usual suspect when Outlook runs slow or triggers unexpected errors. To determine if the installed add-ins are causing you problems, the easiest thing to do is to start Outlook with no add-ins. Outlook command line switch for add-ins In order to load Outlook without add-ins, you have to exit Outlook and type the following command in a RUN window or in a Windows command prompt: Outlook /safe:3 Please note that, while the above command will cause Outlook to load with no add-ins, the add-ins are still going to be displayed in the Add-in Manager window. -----Original Message----- From: JAWS-Users-List [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Matthew Dyer Sent: Sunday, January 15, 2017 11:59 AM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] jaws 18 and outlook 2016 not getting a long. Might I ponder here on your situation, Matthew, Please. I did not up-grade from within Windows 07, instead bought new, no big deal. The big deal was transferring and then Outlook-Complete office Word and E-mail. Confirming was a issue as the person forgot to get the key. Forced to get Microsoft Outlook 2016 Complete with Office with Word and e-mail. They laid over-top of 2013 Outlook.. I had, would not say major issues but for sure issues. Anything from Jaws not talking to dying. I went to the Microsoft Handicap, explained and they removed all traces of outlook that of 2013 and 2016. Then after making sure all was removed, reinstalled my License copy of 2016 and since then I have had no issues. Might this be a issue with you? All three folders of mine work just fine! -----Original Message----- From: JAWS-Users-List [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Matthew Dyer Sent: Saturday, January 14, 2017 1:47 PM To: [email protected] Subject: [JAWS-Users] jaws 18 and outlook 2016 not getting a long.
