Setup your Yahoo Mail in an e-mail client like Thunderbird, Outlook etc or use your phones e-mail client. I think it's the easiest way to reach your e-mails at Yahoo. A client will handle e-mails the same way no matter if it's Gmail, Yahoo Mail etc. And several clients work fine with screen readers.
