Hi Dave, I'm using Outlook 2016. I have 6 e-mail accounts set up in Outlook. 3 of them are Gmail accounts. All 6 of them show up in my selection dialog. When I go into the dialog, I used the left-arrow key to completely collapse my first default account. This helps to remove a lot of folders from the view and helped to see the other accounts.
I used a Google search to learn how to do this and did see instructions for Outlook 2007. I'm not sure why your Gmail account wouldn't be there. Good luck with it. In fact, I do find the browse for default folder button under the Advanced tab, but I only find some of the folders, such as calendar and iCloud. I do not see my Gmail account folder there.
