Hi Dave,

I'm using Outlook 2016. I have 6 e-mail accounts set up in Outlook. 3 of
them are Gmail accounts.
All 6 of them show up in my selection dialog. When I go into the dialog, I
used the left-arrow key to completely collapse my first default account.
This helps to remove a lot of folders from the view and helped to see the
other accounts.

I used a Google search to learn how to do this and did see instructions for
Outlook 2007. I'm not sure why your Gmail account wouldn't be there.
Good luck with it.

Reed,

Since I'm using Outlook 2007 I wouldn't expect to have the same approach. In

fact, I do find the browse for default folder button under the Advanced tab,

but I only find some of the folders, such as calendar and iCloud. I do not
see my Gmail account folder there. Thanks for helping, nonetheless.

Hello,

In 2016, here is what you do:

Start Outlook and land in your Inbox.
Hit Alt-F to go to the File Menu.
Go down to Options and hit Enter.
I use Control+Tab to move over to the Advanced tab.
Now here's where JAWS messes up.
Hit your Tab key and JAWS says "Navigation dot dot dot button".
Hit your Tab key again and JAWS says, "Reading dot dot dot button".
Hit your tab key a third time and JAWS says "Browse dot dot dot button".
Hit Enter here and you will land in a StartUp Select Folder dialog.
Here's where you can set your startUp folder.

Hope this makes sense,

Reed

Thanks for that question. I'm also wondering about that.

Hi there, I just wanted to find out if anyone is able to help me out. I'm
trying to have Outlook 2016 go directly to my inbox on a specific email
account rather than going to the personal folders in said application. Is
there a way to accomplish that?

Thanks in advance;

Timothy
