Just a little confused, is this what you are talking about.
1 I get focused on the file I want
2 Press context
3 down arrow  to send to,
 right arrow
4 down arrow to (mine says)
DVD-rw drive (d) I think that is the one you said to go to.
Now I got lost after that what to do?
Can you give me step by steps instruction Please use the keyboard thanks

  To update the file on a CD just right click the file you want to send to 
  your CD then when you right click send it to your CD drive. Then after you 
  do that insert the CD into your drive and then go file write files to CD. 
  Then it will have the date on the file that you updated. Hope this info
