Hi Christine,
When you install a program, do you tell the program where to put the files?
By default, programs will install to the operating system drive, usually C,
unless otherwise specified.
Did you partition this drive yourself, or did you have it done.
Unless a program was directed to install on drive E, and somehow that has
changed the default reference,
I'm not sure how they would default to the E drive.
The only other thing I can think of right off, is that when the partition
was created
the drive letter assignments were changed, causing programs not to be
install on drive C.
I have a few suggestions, that may, or may not help, but it's time we took
this discussion off-list, since it really doesn't pertain to Jaws.
Let me know, I'll be glad to help if I can,
Ricque

Its a partition on a drive. Now my other question is how do I get all my
programs to go to the C drive? As I want all my programs to go to the C
drive and not E.
