  Hi Cathie and List,

At this point I have only played with the 3-D reference feature slightly
since this morning. I have read through the JAWS 7.0 Help info and found
some helpful info. I've copied that info and pasted it into a Word document
and have attached it here. If I had some more time to play, I would have
written up additional information. But in the meantime, I hope this
  helps.

  Annette

I have excel & know how to do some formulas in a sheet, but am wanting to
compile and track purchases in a workbook.
I'm not sure how to link up details on one page and have totals on second
  page.

  Aloha Cathy,

Do you have Excel? If so, you can go to the Microsoft website template
website and type the type of template you want and then download it to your
computer and customize it in Excel the way you want it. Another one that
you might want to try is Microsoft Access and do the same thing that I have
mentioned above. Hope the above info helps.
