Sure, it's a little program that sits in your system tray and what the thing does is maximize any window that can be maximized automatically. So every time an email message opens up it maximizes it for me so I don't have to do it manually. I did it for a long time using scripts but it gets to be a pain when a new version of jaws comes out since I would then need to script it all over again. Not hard for me to do but it is time consuming.
