Sounds like the firewall.  It pops up for me even when I use MS Activbe
sync to transfer files or to synchronize with my PDA even though the
internet isn't involved.

I'm not sure if it's the Firewall or the Anti Virus.

But when I try to send an audio file, a Symantec email proxy error
message comes up, and I was told that, that is apart of the Norton
program.  Even when I try disabling it, I still have this problem.  I
also tried changing thins in the email option.
