Hello, Well I'm using it it says it's in the control panel and in the start menu's I'm using word and excel everyday so I would think so, right?

I just turn my computer on and I'm instantly online. I did go into options many times setting this new computer up and I'm very sure I did select the wrong option and I pressed enter on notepad and there you go.. I still have Office 2000 SR Professional installed on this computer use it everyday that has not changed.. My computer is set up with all that adminstrator log in as off as I already stated and my default name on the computer is not listed! Of course if this is something else your referring to then I'll have to try your steps here..
